The software works best with Mozilla Firefox browser. If you open it in Firefox and still see a blank page, this means that Adobe Flash is not enabled or installed in your browser. In this case you will have to download the latest version of Flash player HERE and then restart your browser.
On the 3rd step (download) there is an option to setup background color. Click on the Background Color button and you will see "opacity tool". Setting opacity to 100 will produce a transparent background.
